We travel responsibly, mindful of our impact on people and the environment.
When you book your trip, you pay a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 90 days before departure. This secures your place on a well-organised, unique Palm Paradise experience. Please note that Palm Paradise reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is late.
You can cancel your trip free of charge while the flight has not yet been definitively booked. Once the flight has been booked and paid for, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible (unless you have cancellation insurance).
Social media is our digital postcard. We love sharing your tropical snapshots and adventurous moments to inspire others to discover their own paradise. Would you prefer not to appear in photos or videos? We fully respect that and will try to keep you out of the frame as much as possible. However, you may occasionally appear in the background by accident. If you have any specific wishes, let us know. Your comfort matters to us.
